Cancellation policy for Claire Goddard Hairstylist

You will need to provide Claire Goddard Hairstylist with at least 24hrs notice if you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
We do of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in an emergency.
Last minute cancellations or no shows will be charged a cancellation fee each time.
The breakdown of the fee is as follows:
Less than 24hrs notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved appointment(s)
No shows will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved appointment(s)
